Our Shipping Policy

Geographical coverage: We deliver orders throughout Lebanon to the address specified in your Purchase Order or registered in your account profile.
Standard delivery: Orders are generally delivered within 1 to 5 business days following order confirmation; in certain cases, delivery may occur within a shorter time frame.
Product Integrity in Transit: We prioritise the safe transport of medical-grade goods. For temperature-sensitive dermo-cosmetics, logistical speed is balanced with climate-controlled handling to ensure the chemical stability of the product remains intact upon arrival.
Duty of Inspection: Upon receipt of delivery, the User should inspect the product(s). Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported to the Company’s logistics department immediately.
