By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.
1. CLINICAL DISCLAIMER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
1.1 Professional Consultation: The Service offers medical-grade shampoos, clinical supplements, and advanced dermo-cosmetic devices. The Company strongly mandates that Users consult with a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional prior to integrating these specialized products into their regimen.
1.2 Biological Variability: The User acknowledges that individual physiological responses to dermo-cosmetics and supplements vary significantly. SrourOnline provides access to professional tools and products, but the User assumes all liability and risk associated with personal application and biological outcomes.
2. PRODUCT INTEGRITY AND AUTHENTICITY
2.1 Anti-Grey Market Guarantee: The Company is committed to the highest standards of sourcing. We guarantee that all inventory—including high-potency supplements and medical machinery—is 100% authentic, sourced exclusively through authorized distributor channels, and free from "grey market" interference.
2.2 Usage Compliance: All products must be utilized strictly in accordance with the manufacturer’s protocols and guidelines provided. Misuse of professional-grade equipment or products is a violation of these Terms and may result in injury for which the Company bears no responsibility.
3. TRANSACTIONS, PRICING, AND PAYMENTS
3.1 Procurement Information: Should you wish to procure any product or service ("Purchase"), you may be required to provide specific information including your full legal name, billing address, and shipping specifications.
3.2 Representations and Warranties: You represent and warrant that: (i) you possess the legal authority to utilize the chosen payment method; and (ii) all information provided to the Company is accurate, current, and complete. By submitting such information, you grant the Company the right to transmit said data to third-party service providers to facilitate the transaction.
3.3 Pricing Policy: All prices are displayed in USD/LBP (as applicable). We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice based on fluctuating market conditions or changes in distributor cost structures.
3.4 Payment Security: The Company utilizes industry-standard encrypted payment gateways. We currently facilitate transactions via Credit Card and Cash on Delivery (COD).
3.5 Order Rectification: We reserve the unilateral right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3.6 Advisory Services and Guidance: The Company may provide general guidance, product recommendations, or educational content regarding dental care, electronics, or baby equipment. This information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical, pediatric, or technical advice. While we strive to guide our clients toward the most suitable products, the final responsibility for the selection and use of baby equipment and electronic devices rests solely with the User to ensure compliance with safety standards and age-appropriateness.
4. LOGISTICS, QUALITY CONTROL, AND INSPECTION
4.1 Product Integrity in Transit: We prioritize the safe transport of medical-grade goods. For temperature-sensitive dermo-cosmetics, logistical speed is balanced with climate-controlled handling to ensure the chemical stability of the product remains intact upon arrival.
4.2 Duty of Inspection: Upon receipt of delivery, the User is under a legal obligation to immediately inspect all medical equipment and supplements. Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported to the Company’s logistics department immediately.
5. HYGIENE, SAFETY, AND RETURN PROTOCOLS
5.1 Sanitary Standards and Clinical Integrity: To preserve the clinical integrity of our inventory, SrourOnline enforces a strict No-Return Policy on all opened, unsealed, or utilized dermo-cosmetics and supplements. For health and safety reasons, hygiene-sensitive products—including but not limited to deodorants, contraceptives, lubricants, makeup (e.g., lipsticks, foundations), and earrings—are strictly ineligible for return or exchange. Furthermore, items purchased during promotional are considered final sale and non-returnable.
5.2 Equipment Defects: Returns for medical or electronic devices are strictly limited to verified manufacturer defects. Such defects must be formally reported to the Company within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for assessment, items must be returned in their original, sterile, and unaltered packaging.
5.3 Return Eligibility and Period: For all other eligible products, the User must initiate the return process within 48 hours of receipt. To qualify, the product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, the User is under a legal obligation to notify the Company within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for an immediate corrective resolution.
5.4 Refunds and Processing: Upon approval of a returned item, a refund shall be issued to the User's account in the form of store credit. However, in documented cases of damaged or incorrect shipments attributable to the Company, refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow 5 business days for processing following our receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
5.5 Shipping Charges and Liability: All shipping charges incurred during the return process are strictly non-refundable. The User assumes all responsibility for return shipping costs and bears the risk of loss or damage to the product until it is successfully received and inspected by the Company’s logistics department.
5.6 Technical and Baby Equipment: All electronic and baby-related hardware must be inspected immediately upon delivery. Due to the sensitive nature of baby equipment and hygiene standards, returns are only accepted for manufacturer defects reported within 48 hours, provided the item is in its original, unused, and sterile condition.
