NutriLab Folic Acid

NutriLab Folic Acid is an essential Vitamin B9 food supplement formulated to support vital cellular processes, hematopoiesis, and prenatal development. Folic acid plays a fundamental role in nucleic acid (DNA and RNA) synthesis, cell division, and tissue growth, making it a critical nutrient during preconception, early pregnancy, and periods of rapid cellular turnover. Adequate folate intake prior to conception and throughout the first trimester significantly reduces the risk of fetal neural tube defects (NTDs) such as spina bifida. Furthermore, NutriLab Folic Acid works in synergy with Vitamin B12 to promote healthy red blood cell maturation, helping prevent folate-deficiency and megaloblastic anemias. It also aids in regulating circulating homocysteine levels to support cardiovascular health and maintains optimal neurological and cognitive function.
