Solaray L-Glutamine 500mg

Solaray® L-Glutamine 500 mg is a high-purity, free-form amino acid supplement designed to support gastrointestinal mucosa integrity, facilitate muscle tissue repair, and optimize immune system resilience. L-Glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in human blood plasma and muscle tissue, serving as a primary metabolic fuel for enterocytes (the epithelial cells lining the gastrointestinal tract) and rapidly dividing immune cells (lymphocytes and macrophages). During times of high physical stress, heavy exercise, trauma, or digestive imbalance, systemic glutamine stores deplete rapidly, which can compromise gut barrier function and lead to muscle protein breakdown. By supplying bioavailable, free-form L-Glutamine, this formula helps preserve the tight junctions of the intestinal lining, support nitrogen balance, reduce exercise-induced muscle soreness, and foster overall cellular health. Delivered in plant-based vegetarian capsules, Solaray® L-Glutamine is lab-verified for purity, potency, and safety.

• Adults: Take 1 VegCap daily with a glass of water or a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

• Administration: Swallow whole with liquid; taking between meals or immediately post-workout optimizes amino acid uptake.

• Indications: Recommended for supporting intestinal wall barrier health, easing post-workout muscle soreness, maintaining nitrogen balance, and supporting immune defenses.
